Sunday
so tiny so perfect
The sun starts to shine through the windows telling me it is time to wake up. I do some stretches and roll over, as my eyelids fall shut, again. I hear a faint whimper. The whimper soon becomes a shrill, or good morning cry, if you will. I get up to comfort the baby and say, hello. He looks at me with those beautiful blue-gray eyes, gives a little toothless smile and I turn to jello. He is so precious, tiny and perfect! Happy Mother's Day to me.
