After I was proposed to we spent months discussing how we wanted the wedding. The fun part was making these plans, and day dreaming about the big day. However, we realized it did not matter how we got married but we get married. I thought it would be better to have a nice honeymoon than a "big over-priced" wedding. I made a promise to my husband...he could wear shorts to our wedding as long as I got a cruise. I thought that would be best thing to do with all that money we would save from not having a huge wedding.
Our wedding was family only. We had all of our kids there. My oldest, a daughter, stood with me and Bobby's oldest, a son, stood with him. Both our mothers were there, and his identical twin (and his family) was there. My brother and dad could not make it to our wedding, and Bobby's dad is no longer with us. Everyone was dressed casually and comfortable.
After we got married we took all the kids to a resort where they rode rides at the theme park and the water park. We stayed there as a 'new family' for a few days. What about my cruise?
